Shameful decision given the money clubs spend and the vast majority are in fucking debt!

Wait till they try docking us points, I genuinely think we will blow the fucking kid off the lot of them.

"The Premier League referred Everton to an independent commission in March but did not reveal the specifics of the club's alleged breach." This appears to have been a very secretive process and, it appears, the club were not informed of the nature of the proceedings since "the club does not recognise the finding that it failed to act with the utmost good faith and it does not understand this to have been an allegation made by the Premier League during the course of proceedings." This does indeed smack of a kangaroo court. It remains to be seen what avenues of appeal are open to Everton or how seriously the law courts will take PL rules which appear to limit the rights of investors and shareholders.

The question which may preoccupy City fans is whether this weakens our position in the dispute with PL. In fact our case is rather different. There is, and can be, no suggestion that City have failed PL profit and sustainability regulations. We are (we think!) accused of false accounting - a criminal offence - and the burden of proof is heavy and a finding against our club will certainly be (re-)considered by the law courts. Informed opinion is that the PL will find this very difficult indeed and will not prevail.

Anyway, best of luck to Everton. Give the PL and the red tops one in the ... eye.

The British Broadcasting Cunts staple their colours to the website - red shirts, red shorts, red socks, red corner flags, red nets, red eyes, and if anything needs painting we'll go for, let me see, oh yes. Post Office Red!

Would be stranger if BBC didn’t update the table with the deduction.
