ottamendi is the problem
He's rash but the back four just dont play as a unit and not much protection in front of them without Fernado or Fernandinho.
ottamendi is the problem
We are the masters of controlling possession in pointless areas of the pitch and the masters of being unable to control our legs in the areas that do matter
Time to look for Agueros replacement, the last few games he is either not fit or has no interest. Just my opinion, I know he's been, and is a City legend but he doesn't seem to be the same player.
Agree as someone posted world class goal scorer but not a world class player fantastic finish against Burnley but poor today and at anfieldBeen saying it for a while but hammered for it
Too soft, shit keeper in Bravo and shit defender in Otamendi, could go on but still shocked !
The back 4 don't play as a unit because they get changed most weeksHe's rash but the back four just dont play as a unit and not much protection in front of them without Fernado or Fernandinho.
my god that defeat bloody hurts. That 2nd half was as weak and feeble a city display that i can care to remember if im honest, since maybe the wigan cup final match? leicester wasnt great but at least we put up a bit of a fight in the 2nd half.
we have a lot of issues dont we. all have been mentioned countless times today, lack of leadership, desire, an ageing squad, silly mistakes, too lightweight, not putting chances away, basic errors etc etc....
what i cant understand is that in patches this season we have been superb, but then we put in a half like that today?? we go from sublime to shite. why?
and why does every team score with their first decent chance? fuck me its amazing how often it happens to us!
im hoping pep will find the answer. he should get the time to get his players in and then be judged properly i feel.
we know we needed some new players and we needed to get rid of some (we've been saying it for around 2years now) so thats not entirely peps fault.
i feel we are at a crossroads over the next few transfer windows, we need to buy well and get the squad in order, otherwise we may have some more painful times ahead.
im slightly worried but not panicking yet.
anyway, wheres my cat gone, i feel the urge to kick something again.
Behave, so you forseen us getting spanked 4/0 after a great game in the cup with a full weeks rest lolYou shocked ? Really ?
Wow! I wasn't- that was on the cards .
4-0 fuck me , that was Everton not fucking Real Madrid.

Well win on away goals after a 7-7 aggregate score.Monaco score goals for fun, we can't defend but we are typical City once again.
We turn it on when it suits lady, when the shit hits the fan we are nowhere- you're falling for the odd game we turn up in- for every Barca at home there's a Leicester round the corner.
A team of mard arses.
I think you have misread what I mean, we are shit but changing doesn't help, I watch non league lads on £15 a game (my lad being one) who show more passion and desire than some of these ****s we have at our club !We turn it on when it suits lady, when the shit hits the fan we are nowhere- you're falling for the odd game we turn up in- for every Barca at home there's a Leicester round the corner.

We can't really judge pep this season as he's working with mainly post pellegrini players,in my opinion we've got to drag ourselves through this season and start afresh and let pep bring in his own players,to be honest it might even do us good if we have no European football next season so we can rebuild properly,if we still come up short next year then we have a right to criticise him, surely he must know who needs to go.
Sterling first 3 thoughts are dilly dally & oh I'm going to get whacked because of it. Does my head in, undoubted abilities just not got the right chip set.Or perhaps the manager should play to his strengths (such as play through the middle), instead of asking him to play anywhere but the middle of the pitch?
Do you think Aguero would have dillie dallied like Sterling did for the penalty that should have been given?
