we are allowed to get beat you know!

the law of average says that we will get beat once or twice in the odd final or three...

we have lots of money...doesn`t give us the right to win every competition we enter...

we have won the fa cup and the league on in two years...

we went 35 years winning fuck all...

WE HAVE TO ACCEPT DEFEAT IN FINALS OR ON FINAL DAYS!!!

we are at the top table now,we are a major scalp to all and sundry....

(between me and you,if utd or a Chelsea or a spuds would have turned us over the pain would have been unbearable...)

a huge,massive year for us next season,let the lesson begin today...

Getting beat is one thing; showing no heart, fight, desire is entirely another.

Everyone deserves blame. Not one player comes out of that with any credit. Tevez, however was unlucky to be subbed and therefore Mancini must take the blame for that, amongst other things.

Bloody hell im upset tonight.But i dont blame Mancini for this defeat.I look at some of those players today and they didnt give there all for the club.Barry was shi* and so was are defending at a set piece again, when they scored.Lescott should have played instead of Nasty the defence looks better when Lescott plays.

Why did Joe hart start in goal especially when he has been no where near his best towards the end of the season. Also you don't play Costel in goal for all the cup games and go on about how he is the cup goal keeper and then after his great display against Chelsea drop him.

Wigan were fantastic they were full of energy had purpose and alot of spirit. City barely had any. Half of the players looked like they were playing in a pre season game. The problem with paying players all this money simply makes them not give a shit.

We always seem to play horrendous when it comes to finals or champions league games.

If this business with Mr.Pellegrini is true then its pathetic why would we hold meetings with him before a Cup Final ! All this does is send negativity right through Roberto Mancini and then through the players! And if it is not true then we should of come out and said so!

The team looks a mess no plan B, tactics awful, no desire, no width and the leadership on the pitch was a shambles someone should of got that team together today.

And even though Mancini needs to be fined for such awful decision making. I don't believe he should be fired as there is simply no one that i believe could do a better job.

Wigan played 9 at the back, so I don't think pace would have done it....tho I know what you mean

We play a style where we need several intricate passes and flicks to come off around the boss to create chances. Great when all are on song, but today....

Thet pressed us all over the park to the point where Hart had no out ball to our defenders because Wigans front 3 were so high up the pitch forcing Hart to punt it long.

When we did manage to get the ball we were so slow to move it from back to front those same players that were pressing our defenders had enough time to them drop deep and yes defend with 9 men

Watch the game again but watch it from a Wigam perspective and you will see things differently. The performance today was shambolic utterely utterely shambolic but no professional football should put in lesas than 100% and show less desire to win than the opposing team

Thier front 6 worked really really hard the lot of them they were truly excellent - ours were a fucking joke.

Unfortunately doesn't answer the question why wigan were the best team.

No and you won’t find the answer on Bluemoon either, only Bobby and the team know the answer to that poor display, but like what Kiam posted the best team won on the day so we move on and hope all will be rectified next time. Well done Wigan.

You can't praise Mancini for winning trophies when we lose blame the players.
