Never done it and never will especially after what we have gone through, Gillingham, Aguero etc.

Can understand people saying they need to get to their car, bus, tram but you pay for your ticket to watch a full game not a proportion of it.
I just had to check on the back of my seasoncard
And yes it def says you can get up and fuck off early anytime you want, and in small print it also says if a anyone is bothered by this tell them to Get Fucked :)

Very much this - you have paid for your seat, you can go when the fuck you want.
Under Alan Ball I used to leave five minutes before kick off.
Sometimes I stayed in the Osborne if it was raining and got pissed, and just asked some brave **** who ventured out how many we lost by.

Under Alan Ball the players left five minutes before kick off.

A wonderful anecdote - one for Parkinson.

I've worked it out. Nothing to do with car travel - that's just an excuse. It's really a combination of apathy and a reduced attention span.

Sorry, gave up reading your long-winded post after the word "I've".

What's worse than supporters leaving early?

Other supporters moaning about it.

It is nobodys duty to stay for the full period, it is also nobodys duty to even turn up! And it's nobody elses business what they choose to do.

try thinking about exiled blues who have a 3 hour journey ahead of them. that minute of lost football means an hour of queues if you wait.

big games are perhaps different.

With all respect 3GB, that is absolute bollocks. We are SC holders and have a four to four and a half hour journey back to Norfolk (all on A or B roads apart from a short stretch of M1). We would never leave before the end of a game regardless of the opposition. Indeed, I'd imagine that the longer the journey someone has, the more likely is that they will stay to the end, and take their time to leave the ground.

It's each to their own, but personally I think it's just rudeness - it's like saying that you haven't enjoyed the performance. Given our performances this season in particular, I can only assume that the many of the early leavers are not actually bothered about City and only go to matches out of habit (or to get away from the missus).

I can't understand why anyone would want to leave at 80 minutes, or go for a pie etc at 40 minutes, but it's their loss if they miss something.... Like winning the fuckin league... Hope you all got home nice and early, muppets!

Fans that leave early probably go to watch tennis at Wimbledon. They are not there for the game itself but to be seen. City should do what they do and once the snobs have gone they let proper fans have their seats.
