Chant for Charity Shield and the Derby next season

David Moyes
David Moyes
He's not Mourinho!

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

Classic thread!

Perfect weather for Jelly and Ice Cream.

No doubt Moyes will be hailed as the next jesus while everyone conveniently forgets that Everton have had been terrible at points in recent seasons.

Crucifiction in time for next easter. Ferguson washing his hands of him. Plenty contenders to play Judus.

Mourinho / Blanc / Klopp would be more concerning but not going to happen as they would dismantle the current team.

Going to be a good year. :)

I hate the twat too, always have, but today isn't the ending I envisaged for him.

5live have dedicated the whole fucking day to it, they have Richard Bacon broadcasting from the shithole all afternoon, it's ridiculous, well over the top. Sick of it now...

They will be their till they see the white smoke coming from the chimney

That would be nice...

I truly believe the greatest manager of all time would have won more European cups. Fact is without the odd dodgy call from the officials United often faltered and Fergie shifted the blame to the biggest name at the club and shifted them out, keeping up his image of the heroic custodian saving football from its modern flaws.

I won't miss him and as 23 year old who's had him always slightly ruining the league my entire life I hope I forget him.

Re: Ferguson replacement

What's the odds on Neville anyone know, they won't touch mourinho with a bargepole it's a recipe for disaster, moyes and kloppe got to be favourites

On another note, any hope they had of bringing Ronaldo in is gone imho. He'd have come back to play for Ferguson again but now he's packed up it's over in that respect.

''Yeah I'm Falcao, fuck Jose and Mancini, I'll play for Moyes instead''.

Doesn't have the same pull does it.

IMO these are the managers ahead of Moyes. I'd choose all of these Mancini, Wenger, AVB, Laudrup and Benitez.

What does that tell you?

Totally correct.

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

Nobody is bigger than the club??? But it looks like Man Utd won't play a match again next season if you read all that stuff

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

It is now approaching 3pm and the main thing I have noticed today about our red friends is how completely unprepared they are and have been to the notion that the poisonous old tw@t would eventually retire.

This has completely shocked and devastated them, the ones I work with that is.

One of them keeps on walking round the office muttering to himself "Moyes, why does it have to be Moyes". Another one is in complete denial thinking it is part of some elaborate wind up where he will return after his hip operation.

It is to be expected. Some of them have never known anything but him being in charge. The fear that they might descend into mediocrity is taking hold because a manager who has won nothing is on the verge of taking them over.

If Moyes does take over he has to hit the ground running or the spiteful bastards will be on his back almost straight away

Re: Ferguson replacement

Can't see anyone other than moyes going with the pisscan barking his orders to him from upstairs!

Would have a giggle if mourinho went to Chelsea and the scum got rafa!

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

Good Lord, I pray to Christ that we absolutely crush Wigan on Saturday (well, or win 1-0 even).

Think about it, Blues - Community Shield in August. WEMBLEY. Us vs. Them. New signings in place. Moyes bent-backed in their technical area drooling and sputtering and grasping at Mancini's wedding ring.

This is almost too surreal. I can't help but wonder if our rise has contributed to this. I don't say that as a piss-take either. With us and Chelsea strengthening long-term, perhaps the Glazers decided the time has come to make a move.
