He's much, much better than de Jong. And I liked de Jong a lot.

Oh yeah I wasn't trying to say De Jong is better, in fact their jobs in the team were too dissimilar for any direct comparison aside from the fact they were holding midfielders.

30 million is a hefty price tag but it doesn't seem to phase him one bit. The lad is getting better every game and I can't believe he isn't getting in the Brazil squad.

He is without doubt good enough to be in their 23 man squad based on what I have seen of their games over the last 12 months.
