I make 29players on the squad......31 if you include Mangala and Lampard.......would we need to loan out/sell 6 players to fit into the 25 registered players rule??

He's probably right though, Lampard looked past it by top 4 standards at Chelski last season.

One of Zuculini/Rodwell lent/sold, depending on which one of them.
One of Nastasic/Rekik lent out for one season.
