Frankie Boyle dumped by C4 for Paralympic comments

Frankie Boyle's genre of comedy is the distasteful slandering of others. Some of what he says is very funny, some of what he says is very clever. A lot of what he says isn't funny. But that's his genre of comedy.

Peter Kay's genre is thinking about things working class Northern people did in the 1980s and making fun of it. Historical observational.

There will always be people who like and dislike different genres.

What he said would be funny to a lot people at any time other than when the Paralympics are on. If anyone has seen the film "The Ringer" will know that all types of people can have a laugh at themselves.

Quite lame that he's been dropped by C4.
 
Channel 4 are hypocrites,just because they have the paralympics they fire him over a joke concerning disabled people,when he made a nasty and personal joke about Katie Prices son they defended him in the name of comedy.

It won't be long now before the sun take the moral high ground and sack him from his column.
