future expansion

Haven't United managed to expand there ground without too much disruption?
Yeah but our roof is integral and part of the structure, They have 4 different stands and can make small scale changes to parts as they go.

the original deal was any gate over 34000 attendances goes to council coffers; the new deal was a set feee per season; either way cracking deals.

City is Manchester.

I honestly cant think of how we could expand the stadium any more without having to knock down a whole stand and start again

The plans are already there you have take the roof of then add the tier behind each goal to get around 60k stadium no knocking down whole stands

You dont need to, they would employ experts to do that.

Could they add 3rd tiers to the north and south stands at the same time or would it have to be one at a time because of the relocations it'd likely force (moving family standers and south standers into the third tier for a while?)?

I'm sure that when the stadium was opened the club said that it had been designed so that it could be expanded relatively easily.

You are probably best thinking about a new stadium rather than major permanent expansion of the current one.
