the first was a poached goal the second was a deflection and may still count as Ronaldo's goal

Much higher class of player than the dogshit we've been buying lately

Yaya Fernandinho
Bale Silva Nasri
Aguero
If we are not all in for him we're insane
Some of the 10+ player changes you see proposed when only 2 signings solve nearly everything -FantasyIreland said:NQCitizen said:It's amazing how much better we'd be with just this one signing and a decent formation

True,Silva is employed in his best position and our long standing left sided weakness is solved. My only concern would be our lack of tenacity in central midfield against the stronger teams.
For the greater good,in that line up,i'd be happy to see Yaya replaced by someone more 'robust'.

I agree. but we'd also need a new manager because pellegrini wouldn't set up like that unfortunately.
quality line up that, we should be all over this if its possibleFantasyIreland said:Schneiderlin Fernandinho

Looks much better and, while it would cost approx.120m.......with outgoings, isn't unrealistic.
Might have to keep Kolarov though ;)FantasyIreland said:Schneiderlin Fernandinho

An instant upgrade in the left wing position. Much better than Milner. Plus, Silva, nasri can get to play in their more natural position, centrally behind the strikers rather than stuck out on the wing.
The only question is how much would we be willing to fork out for him after he only just transferred to RM for a crazy fee.

Real Madrid won't get their 80m back with FFP in place, only United could justify paying that for him.
I reckon he would be available for around 60m-65m which in my opinion represents a decent value if you ask me.
I think if we could get one of Bale or Reus along with De Bruyne to bolster our attack we will have done extremely well.
