Bloody horrendous. It’s not like we are wasteful. It’s a Victorian house with sash and case windows. Because its listed we can’t put in double glazing.Wow. And I thought we were using a lot of energy!
I think our last 4 months is about £1500.
Christ!Only when it’s cold. Heating on water off through the night.
14 is fucking cold mate.Christ!
Ours goes off an hour before we go to bed and doesn’t come on until 7.
House never yet gone be low 14 degrees overnight.
You're not cultivating plants by any chance ?I just got the bill for the last 4 months combined gas and electricity.
5 bedroom victorian semi, thermostat at 20c but internal temp usually only gets to 19c. £2700.
Fucking shite that, can you not put something in the inside to help?Bloody horrendous. It’s not like we are wasteful. It’s a Victorian house with sash and case windows. Because its listed we can’t put in double glazing.
Yeah but that’s what you would expect. The £67 that is being given back for energy cost relief will be a larger percentage of a smaller bill. It makes a great headline using percentages but it hides the actual numbers.Martin Lewis says when the help ends it will hit the lowest users the most, 50% more in bills , oh joy
