This is the result of 14 years under the Nasty Party. The lies and corruption and it is not a surprise that nobody trusts them. It can only benefit them. They have already disenfranchised the poor by their voting rules.

In fairness it goes way further back. You only have to go to war criminal blair and his monumental lies to not trust politicians

This is what happens when people who don't have any responsibilities or little in the way of materialistic goods have idealistic ideas on how others should live.

I guess you can write anything you want in a manifesto when you know you don’t need to actually action any of it, and the only people you’re targeting is students in Bristol.

That could be applied to most of the political parties, its only Labour that are going to be held accountable. The rest are just making stuff up.
