Sorry mate but you're misreading this. The running the clock down strategy is no longer valid. I'll bold this bit because it's important:

We cannot leave without a deal now, and since there is fuck all chance now of the EU giving us a better deal (why should they when they want us either to suck up May's shitty deal, or stay) then that means we cannot leave.

The ONLY way now we get to leave on October 31st is if we have GE in which Boris wins, repeals the "can't leave without a deal" law and then we leave. Unless we have a GE that Boris wins, we cannot now leave on October 31st.

In practice, what this no-deal-no-leave bill has done is cancel Brexit. Unless Boris wins a GE, Brexit is cancelled. The EU want us to stay, or suck up a deal that Parliament won't accept. So we are stuck in the EU forever, unless Boris wins a GE to take us out. Unless something changes, the Remainers have won.

Yes we can! ..... We NEGOTIATE and stay in the Single Market and Customs Union until a solution to the Irish Border .. that is acceptable to both sides is developed and agreed. In the interim we 'USE THE TIME WISELY' to properly prepare for our exit from the Eu.

There is no need to ignore the 48% and go for the madness of a hard Brexit.

That assumes the BP get seats. With their 17%, they may get a couple but its more likely that 17% cost tories and maybe some labour seats but lets in Liberals, it also doesn’t factor in any of the expelled tories standing and taking more tory votes in some seats. The polling figures won’t be very indicative of seats won this time.

I agree totally. With the LD's and Brexit party I don't think their percentage share of votes will lead to an equal share of eats. It's why Labour doing a deal with the snp will be so important because they will get 50 seats without any doubt.

I don't see the issue. Parliament has already I thought passed the legislation to stop us going no-deal and to force the pm to ask for another extension and this automatically becomes law as part of the prorogation process as I understand it? If so a GE now is fine.

Correct .... however it needs to be placed before the Queen for Royal Assent next

The tories are starting 10- 13 seats down in Scotland almost certainly, so unless anyone cane see them gaining 13 Engilsh seats they won’t be part of the next government that will almost certainly be a Labour plus ? Coalition.

It doesn’t change the fact that Corbyn is a huge liability for the Labour Party.
Don’t get me wrong, given a choice between a Corbyn led Labour and a Tory Party intent on No Deal, I would vote Labour but a lot wouldn’t. In reality I wouldn’t vote for either.

And if he is forced out many of the left will walk away from Labour forever. Its the Labour Party, I want a Socialist leader of the Labour party, I don't want a soft left neo-liberal lite leader, I want a Socialist.

If you don't want to vote Labour then fine, to not do so because you think Corbyn is a liability is just buying the media message and enabling Johnson which is exactly what they want.

I wouldn't mind but he's nowhere near the extreme leftist that some have him down as. Most of his policies are in place in countries all around europe in one form or another. The public have been stitched up with regards to Corbyn, especially 'life-long' Labour voters that 'can't' vote for him.
