Makes me laugh, the discussions of economics with half remembered stats and folk spouting utter drivel based on often incorrect and misleading articles from the right wing press. Ultimately, if you're working class and vote Tory, you're a disgrace. It's that simple. No matter how you cut it.

Congratulations, perhaps the silliest post on the thread so far. Well done.

What would amuse me if it wasn't so ****ing infuriating is when McDonnell in particular talks about the government "giving" people money, when what he really means is TAKING LESS OF IT.

I've heard him specifically talk about people contributing to their pensions, being *subsidized* by the government, in that the government doesn't tax their pension contributions. It's totally sick thinking.

Mcdonnell has been kept very quiet around this election and that is because he is far too extreme for the majority of the electorate.

Watch any of his rallies on Youtube and you will understand why this lunatic cannot be allowed into power.

For him it isn't about establishing equality or doing any of the 'good' stuff, it is about essentially bringing down the whole existing institution to replace it with a socialist democratic state.

Reviewing your posts - I think you are Jacob Rees-Mogg ; )

I'm not his biggest fan if I am honest. And since I am a working class lad from Stockport, who went to the local comprehensive, I doubt he and I have a lot in common.

Absolutely correct. It's about ideology for him, irrespective of the consequences. I'd say the same about Jeremy, but I am not sure he's bright enough to understand the consequences.

Here you go;

Bookmark it. Now nothing needs to be half remembered.

As for drivel, do a search of your own username in this thread and it will bring up your entire thread history. You've made a single cogent point.
