Bum will likely be fine. The top end doesn't hurt. It's just not pleasant. But needs must.

Ah yes I remember them lecturing us recently.
Not that they resent the statistics making them look bad or anything.
I doubt anyone turns up at their GPs unless they're really suffering and some never will so if anything the extent of misery is even greater.
