Fair comment. If we all liked the same stuff, the world of music would be even worse than it has become over the last few years
Agree, no right or wrong, spent many years ignoring Genesis but my way in was Foxtrot and Selling England, tried Lamb twice and wasn’t for me, went into the Topographic bin for me.

If you don't like that album, stick to the later stuff.
Peter Gabriel era Genesis is as good as they ever got imo. Once PC took over, they might as well be Supertramp.
They did. But imho not until Steve Hackett stepped out though. Trick Of The Tail and Wind And Wuthering are simply brilliant albums as well.

They were definitely one of my favourite bands in those days and before. And I still enjoy listening to their albums when I feel like playing them.
