I read this really interesting piece on Pochettino the other day - http://twentyminutereads.com/2015/12/27/the-sheriff/
One thing that jumped out was the passage that he believes young players are invaluable to his ideas because they're easier to mould into his plans. They're more impressionable etc, and they're naturally more energetic and eager to impress. Couldn't agree more.
You see that with Nacho. Never stops moving when he gets on the pitch. Yaya is the other end of the spectrum, does what he thinks he can!
