One thing that jumped out was the passage that he believes young players are invaluable to his ideas because they're easier to mould into his plans. They're more impressionable etc, and they're naturally more energetic and eager to impress. Couldn't agree more.
I'd fucking love Pochettino to join us, I genuinely believe he's one of the best managers going and look at the great work he did with both Southampton and Spurs players that our transfer forum have been jizzing over the past few years.
