Harry Kane

Think 50m, Jesus & Sterling would be satisfy all parties.

Sterling would be deployed as a RW (fits his abilities) & Jesus would get a run as the main man in attack.

Sterling is originally from london too, so doubt he’d be against that move.
Wouldn’t satisfy me.
Stupid idea.
So we pay £50m and then still need a striker and winger?
Fuck that.

I've been totally ok with Aguero leaving for a while, even arguing it is the right thing to do.

But 100m, 120m, or whatever itveould cost, to sign kane at his age, honestly, would rather keep aguero another year or even two. Then replace him properly. Kane is a short term replacement.
Mid-term replacement, Lewandowski still going strong at 33.

He’s not my first choice but to put a player with his predatory instincts in a team of our quality could generate something ridiculous, even Messi-type numbers.

If (big if) a deal can be done that isn’t outrageous and the club feels they can afford then he would almost certainly be a phenomenal signing.

I can’t understand not wanting him. Guaranteed success. He’s not 31. He’s years left in him. Also add in that if we sign him then a rival doesn’t get him. Wouldn’t like him in the Chelsea line up. I can’t see us getting Haaland this time round now that Dortmund have gotten into the champs league so Kane is the next best option.
I agree. We also didn’t do too badly with Fern at 28. 36 now and still the master.

Sterling isn’t going to Spurs at this stage of his career

Jesus could be an option that could make sense but again a massive step down for him
