Aren’t they after Kounde? I think they will be stronger next season than they were in this past one and I don’t like it. We need to up our game too

It was a strategy they got away with while dominating the league. Spending shitloads on one player kept them ticking. Now you need a good long-term plan, something they don't seem to have. Funnily enough, Kane would have been a piss-can signing back in the day. (Grealish probably Spurs).
