Harry Kane

Having said all sorts on what I think about him being overpriced primarily, and to an extent overhyped on here, it seems very much like he is not fit, and feels harsh to jump to judging him on that game.
 
Kane needed the summer off to recharge. It might still happen, they way we are playing we might be sent home soon. But Kane not above 50M, too slow, feels too old, not athletic.
 
Big fish in a small pond, peaked already. Made of glass and has never turned up on the big stage.

If we spunk 100+ mil on this plodder while Chelsea secure Haaland for a similar sum I think I'd chuck myself in the Mersey.

This should be viewed by the club as though you’re about to buy your first home and planning on stretching yourself.. the solicitors are messing about which is annoying.. then the 2009 financial crisis hits and you find out the property has subsidence and the attractive foliage in both the front and back garden is in fact Japanese Knotweed.

Moral of the story is you don’t buy that house.. you look at other options. You buy something on what it “can” offer you in future rather that what you thought it “could”.
