This should be viewed by the club as though you’re about to buy your first home and planning on stretching yourself.. the solicitors are messing about which is annoying.. then the 2009 financial crisis hits and you find out the property has subsidence and the attractive foliage in both the front and back garden is in fact Japanese Knotweed.

Moral of the story is you don’t buy that house.. you look at other options. You buy something on what it “can” offer you in future rather that what you thought it “could”.
