Harry Kane

Mate along time ago that league was good, it's not been a good league for years. It's my opinion mate and you have yours and I find it extremely funny/shocking that anyone would take Lukaku over Harry Kane.
I think you will discover that for many City fans outside of England, there is nothing shocking or funny about that opinion. But I won’t change your mind or even want to, so peace!

Cool and that's your opinion, however it's my opinion that it's funny that some want Lukaku over Kane. Cya!

Despite scoring he was poor, any half alive keeper walks over and picks up Sterling's pass, he was wading through cement there again. Sterling and Shaw put it on a plate but Kane was on his heels and didn't read it, a competent striker gobbles those chances up. Taking a thousand touches when the ball came to his feet instead of moving it quickly to players making runs off him, he's in for an unpleasant surprise if he tries throwing himself to the ground for us like he did winning free kick for England's second. Sterling or Fodeen could have scored his header where the defender left him all alone to go and mark the goalkeeper.
He scores goals

Is this a joke? Have I been done? I hope I have.

But we weren’t talking about the club’s evaluation of players, but the people here and their assessments
I wasn’t really “trashing” Kane’s early performances, I was saying that the Kane I was seeing in those performances was the same one I am used to seeing at Tottenham, while people here were putting the “fault” entirely on Southgate’s shoulders as if he were the worst manager of all time, and I kept saying, He’s no worse than the vast majority of national team managers, and now people here are even defending his decision to bench Foden, and I continue to see the same Kane I am used to seeing at Tottenham lately, so nothing has changed. I’m truly confused as to why I am being attacked.
Your getting attacked because you have an opinion, it's not allowed, how dare you question the abilities of a player we look like signing.

how funny would it be if he scores a hattrick against denmark and finishes as top goalscorer again

There was a question floating around at the Spurs forum i wanna put it here.

Does winning a trophy with England satiates Kane love for trophies and he decides to stay put at Spurs or does that makes him wanna come here even more ? The addiction to silverware!

England coming close to the trophy and not winning it would definitely make it certain he would be coming to us.

Good Euros is not a good news , since Levy will stand firm about his 150M Valuation.

Kane needs to protest and maybe strike and I hope he does that.

It’s an interesting question and one we won’t know the answer to until the end of the euros. Grealish has himself gone on record and said his aim in his career is to win either the champions league or a major trophy with England. The same question could very well be asked of him! Whether the trophy itch has been scratched and the pull of playing for your boyhood club remains strong or do they get the bug and want to win more. It really could go either way.

I just hope the club have a good contingency plan because personally if England do win the euros (and I’m very confident we do) I think both players transfers become a lot harder to complete particularly Kane imo. The rush to leave in Kane’s case won’t be a strong as finally he will have a major trophy

I'm general, people always want more.

For a driven goalscorer like Kane he won't be satisfied with one trophy and decide to stay at Spurs. Winning is like an addiction for the best players.

I will be amazed if he is in our shirt okaying against Spurs. Levy will not let that happen. That game is 5 weeks away.

I disagree. I don't even think the question is legitimate. Footballers ( especially the great ones) want to win trophies consistently and continuously... Win, or lose in the Euros isn't the key at all. The role he has at the Euros I'd... England is one of the favorites to win it. That's what Kane wants right there. A permanent role in the machine of a contender at all times.

He wants to be in the thick of every trophy hunt knowing he has a squad capable of challenging every year. There is no such thing as "Trophy itch satisfaction."

Also, while winning a trophy with your country is uniquely satisfying, winning, or more accurately, being in contention for winning every available trophy is what great players aspire after.

So on this one I can speak for Kane, winning with England will NOT have any bearing on his decision to want out of Spurs. Whether he'll get his way is a different question entirely.
