Not being at all 'silly', we simply tried to negotiate for a WC striker and it didn't come off because the seller held all the aces in his pack, simples really. Only stupid money would have got him and we weren't prepared to do that so kudos to City IMO and we move on, hopefully to other targets ......... without the seemingly 'City Tax' applying!!!
