With respect, that’s your opinion, not a fact. It may hold water, but the fact that people who have made their living playing and working as a team should show such an esprit de corps ought not to be surprising, nor disregarded.Anyone seen to be crossing the imaginary picket line will get dogs abuse and they know it and it is that fact that is forming their stances here rather than any desire to show solidarity to Gary.
This.
Shame so many Twitter trolls will casually slag off every pundit and presenter but they’ve really stood up to the plate principally on this one and are putting their jobs on the line

What it means now if a prominent BBC employee or someone paid by The BBC says something about the government they don't like the government will be contacting their lackeys at the top of The BBC to get that person off the air or to not broadcaster an interview
Oh no people won't like that.
The same people on here who no doubt would be calling for him to be sacked for breaking impartiality guidance if his tweets were right leaning?
They are only trolls if you don't agree with what they are saying ;)
There is that....Don't usually anyway, but no way I want the BBC getting more viewers out of this.
CorrectThe pundits and presenters are doing nothing more than what is right for their careers here, let’s get that straight.

This will be tomorrows chippy paper soon enough as it always is and there will be no shortage of presenters lining up to fill his shoes if he doesn’t come back.
