A bit harsh, but still makes me smile.
I remember as well as big Joe Corrigan going up to her before every match, some of the opposition goalies did too. Bruce Grobelar being one - he was a star with her.
Someone actually posted a thread about Helen ringing her bell as we go on the attack. Can't remember which thread, and it was a while ago but it was like a dream the poster was portraying. Nice one Biffa. I remember that and its had me sat here giggling for a good few minutes. Part-time supporter!!!!! LOL
Anyway great thread and wow wouldn't it be great to hear the bell going again. I always thought of it as a sound of encouragement rather than a victory thing so it would be great to hear it at Wembley for the final if we get there.
