Honest answers please

Went to all the cup games apart from the Leicester replay because I was on holiday. Anyone who actually went to the Everton league game should get extra points considering how cold it was.

What I find disgusting about the whole process is our average home gate is 45,886 and Stoke's is 26,780 if my maths is correct ( and I have had a beer as off work today ) makes 72,666 which should have been the allocation to the clubs in direct proportion to the average home gate which would still have left 7,334 for the tossers at the FA to sell to the highest bidder or to to hand out to their mates which IMO is more than enough.
Do we send 1500 to every club we've played at Eastlands this season to the away fans who turned up wouldn't leave us many perhaps we may be best with our allocation.

Someone told me that at a recent Points of Blue Meeting they were told that 6,000 season ticket holders had not attended any home cup games this season.

If true, that is a f**king disgrace.

My point entirely. It's embarrassing.

Guilty as charged!!!!!

Been to the Kiev game and the early Europa qualifier....

was working for a couple of the domestic cups games, (my choice and could have got there if i wanted to) and just couldent be arsed for the rest of them exept one as i was away on my holls.......

I did however go to York on a wet windy midweek, Grimsby on a cold Saturday, Gillingham in the baking sun, cracked of the police at Barnsley, 14 hour round trip to Norwich and Ipswich in a death trap bus
taxi back from oxford, after filling the minibus with petrol instead of derv on a pompy away, with the guys wanting to kill me for it.

I have threw my money down for the club at the start of every year for the last 13 years, ok may not be a big deal now we have cash, but it was well and truly needed in the not too distant past

I have paid £28 a goal in the season under Pearce, when we scored only 10 home league goals

Don’t get me wrong,,, loved every minute of it, but I don’t think that my 13 years season ticket holder should be overlooked for someone who went 4 cup games....

I agree that those in the CDS should have got an advantage of sought...(just like thay have)....maybe that where you went wrong, perhaps you should have showed your loyalty to the club by committing to the CDS at the start of the season...

If was told prier to season that the loyalty points was being scraped, and that my points I have built up over 13 years would come 2nd to someone that goes to 4 cup games and or joins the CDS, Then I would have joined the CDS and still probably not have gone to the games........

The club need to let people know what their intentions are for the future, as I can see 27K plus joining the CDS next year, especially the people at the lower end of the points scale, and then there will be the problem that there still will not be enough tickets for everyone on it.

And I wouldn’t like to be the one who tells our kid with 8K points, who has not missed a game home away, cup and league for 11 years he can’t go to a final coz he don’t have a bank account, or just stubinlley refuses to join the CDS

I ask you a question in return!!! If the club would have announced that by joining the CDS you would be guaranteed ticket, would you have done at the start of the season.....

Guessing your answer would be the same as mine, as its the only logical one...

I am not talking about 4 games!!!!! I am talking about people who have a seasoncard who also paid extra to watch additional matches when others couldn't give a toss. I don't think that someone who only went to 4 cup matches deserve to be anywhere near a City match.

Ok then I should have said 4 games more!!!

So do you think that your 4 home games more should give you preference for tickets over someone who :
Has been going for ten years on a season ticket? None or few cups
Ten years on a season ticket with a good few aways? None or few cups
Ten years on a season ticket with loads of away and a few Europe trips? None or few cups
Ten years on a season ticket, most away, and Europe trips? None or few cups

Which of the above do you feel that your 4 extra home games for this one year, get priority over...
I know what my opinion is, and know what the clubs opinion is.....
Im gutted for every last blue without a ticket, young, old, even those who have not been for decades but want one last hurrah (I know a few of these)
But the club got it spot on in my opinion....
Ps Why you did not just joined the CDS ...

Did you go to the away games in the league, that is where you build your points for cup finals! Going to a handfull of cup games wouldn't entitle you to a promise of a final ticket ahead of fans who attend most of the games played in the season. Unless you are in THAT cup scheme!

Since we moved to CoMS I've only attended three away fixtures and none of the tickets for those games were purchased through the club.
I've only ever attended one EDS match and I'm not in the CDS and yet I still have amassed 4040 points
I knew I'd easily get a Final ticket with that amount of points, however I did feel like a second class citizen when CDS members were given the opportunity of purchasing semi final tickets before me

Been to every FA Cup match this season. Had the feeling that something was going to happen that was special. Normally do all home cup games and 1/2 the away ones.

Missed 1 Europa game Saltsberg due to personal reasons but had already got the ticket on the 2 for 3 offer. Didn't do any Euro aways this season as my wife is very poorly.

I just think that those who attended every home match (or purchased tickets) should have been taken in to consideration when the criteria was announced for the final.

I would imagine there would have only been a few thousand who have been to EVERY home game this season.
Been to every home game, Leicester and Notts away in the cup and 6/7 other away including Everton on Sat. Went to Dortmund for the pre-season game but couldn't get to any Europa away games. Went to the semi and have one for the final, queued 7 hours last Saturday for it.

Arrr are you talking about the football!!! I just went to York one wet midweek, last September I think!! Lovely place.... ;-) )

Your right it was a Saturday, just before x mas.... they all roll into one these days... too much amber nectar passed my lips....

Any way new criteria – loyalty should be measured to if you been to that many games you can’t remember where and when they was you deserve a ticket.....

Have to say guys, it’s starting to turn into a bit of a wailing wall, with all those woulda shoulda coulda have a ticket...
my 5 year old telling me he should go before all of us coz he went to the semi, unlucky for him its Daddy’s day out this time, but I’m sure he will have fun in city square and lots more to come for him....
We all got our reasons why we should be there, unfortunately there just not enough tickets for everyone.. Maybe the guilt trips should stop now and people should accept the club done it the way they thought best...

You pays your money, you take your chances

It really does not matter one bit, who went to what games and who didn't and nobody should be judged on that with many things to take into consideration, the bottom line is, if you have enough points(amassed by attending games over the last 10 years) you got a ticket

Simple as that

If somebody has enough points for a ticket, but didn't go to any cup games, they are obviously loyal fans, maybe they couldn;t make the cup games for a number of reasons.

Attending all cup games a season should not guarantee you a ticket, at all
