Wouldn't put it past the pound shop Putin wanting to make political capital worldwide over it.

They were due to announce today the Economy over there was deeper in the shit than first thought.

If the Aussies can show they handled it peacefully and respectfully Abbott's popularity will shoot up and boy does he need it. I guarantee had it occurred here or the US we'd have bungled it by blowing the place up ourselves by now.

Oh fuck off Mat really, I don't hear the local priest round here calling on his parishioners to start chopping the heads of unbelievers. Maybe shit like that happened in the dark ages that your thinking of but that's not relevant in this day and age. Christian fundamentals with placards outside abortion clinics doesn't really compare to Islamic fundamentalists chopping heads off, raping women and children, flying planes in to buildings or blowing themselves up in coffee shops now does it Mat
