How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

There will come a time - possibly sooner than I think - when there will be a demand for Brexit defenders to speak out and all there will be is Kate Hoey, Frog Face, Widdicombe etc etc - all the main protagonists will melt away and deny ever even hearing of Brexit........

I hope it is sooner than you think, and I hope that these people will be made to account for their actions to a legal tribunal with proper powers of punishment.
But we know they will just melt away and we’ll all be left carrying the can.

They won't, the blueprint for the defence is already set "we got a remainers brexit". The Andrew Neil interview with David Davis is a good example of this, the benefits are years away so don't ask for examples and the only reason we haven't got them yet is due to it being a remainer brexit.

Certainly not a remainer brexit, if it was we’d still be inside the single market. Instead we have this shit show that is killing living standards. Looks like incompetent Truss will be eroding workers rights next.

Poor old Tim not-nice-but-dim really has become mr. Brexit.
Completely dazzled by the bright shiny objects dangled in front of his eyes, he couldn’t stop telling us how amazingly brilliant brexit would be, without a single thought for the possible and probable down-sides, even though plenty of experienced and knowledgeable people were consistently warning anyone who would listen.
And here he is …..business struggling to survive and him squealing about how it’s everybody’s fault, and nothing to do with his beliefs and those of other like-minded gullible fools.
Really is a metaphor for brexit.
 
Seeing that bouff-haired Clarkson-jeaned Brexit dick drown in a pit of his own stupidity is one of the things I take pleasure out of. Every single one of the original Brexit bigmouths has totally fallen from grace, whatever field they are in,
now. That’s because they were all fools to begin with, as should have been obvious to everyone.

Was thinking exactly the same thing. Hope the **** goes bust and his chain of pubs gets picked up at fire sale prices by a Remainer.
 
Brexit benefits?

The sight of rabid politicians, businessmen and economists (an economist really) who have spent almost every waking minute explaining to the masses the benefits of free trade, who are now tying themselves in knots, trying to convince everyone that erecting trade barriers with your closest and largest trading partner is actually beneficial, is quite enjoyable (in a mawkish sense, at least).

There is also those poor saps who thought we were all going to get huge pay rises as a result of Johnny Foreigner going home, only to be told, we can’t afford it! This was, of course, Johnny Foreigner who came over to both ‘steal all our jobs’ and steal our unemployment benefits, all at the same time!

So to, and possibly my favourites, the whining and mewling being made by the businesses/business men and women who thought they were going to see benefit after benefit only to discover they’ve gambled their life savings on the Derby and have backed Sovereignty, the 3 legged Shetland pony.…
 
It’s sad to see the result of Brexit divided nations voting differently to England The breakup of the Uk and NI may be the future.
Apart from Wales but even they may decide on independence if their local Parliament has a say
That I think is the result of Brexit I don’t think it’s funny or something to laugh about as down the road there will always be people who want independence and those who don’‘t. Sturgeon wants another referendum next year.
They are democracies so we can’t hold them back
