How to bulk up?

I did a bit of a detox to sort this out last week. 4 meals of as much veggies as you want, steamed if you have to cook it. Sorted me out no problem. Did a few extra days of this programs 5th-7th day stretch. It's a detox and not a fat-loss diet, but I can't say I was unhappy with the results either, lost a few kgs of fat and sorted my guts out. The next workout I did I had little DOMS, probably cos I could actually absorb the protein shake properly!

Depends on the protein shake you injest brother play around with a few different ones try and ask for samplers and see which ones work best with your gut.
 
Have just ordered some digestive enzymes, will see how we go.

Its more for the missus, as she hates my wretched protein farts!
 
Arm seems to be healing slowly but less pain definately. I have not put too much pressure on it but I am doing my max reps and weights without too much fuss. Will leave it alone completely today and just do legs.

Hope everyones progress is going as planned.
 
Everybody has their own rutine, paradox to weather it works for them or not... I trained for footie 3 times a week and eat and drank alot for 5 years and maintained 15 stone... Its how bad you want to lose weight and maintain it that counts... Also took t5's but thats a dif story
 
so ive recently downloaded a stronglifts ap on my phone....
needed a change in workout so i went with the 5x5 lifts
on session one it was squats, barbell row and bench press
session 2 it says squats, overhead press and deadlift..
im doing squats everytime i train now according to this app, is this the way to do it or is my app shit???
