I had 2 weeks off, and ate 'normal' and things were fine, but now I'm back to eating lots, I have the most horrendous gas. It's a good job I work alone a lot of the time!
I did a bit of a detox to sort this out last week. 4 meals of as much veggies as you want, steamed if you have to cook it. Sorted me out no problem. Did a few extra days of this programs 5th-7th day stretch. It's a detox and not a fat-loss diet, but I can't say I was unhappy with the results either, lost a few kgs of fat and sorted my guts out. The next workout I did I had little DOMS, probably cos I could actually absorb the protein shake properly!
