Just come off the phone with my brother and his wife in Vancouver. He's 11 years older than me and deep into his 80s - but hearing him laugh about the golfers on the course their house overlooks having their clubs confiscated by the police as we chatted gave me real boost.

Was doing ok until they extended the lockdown for another 2 weeks here in Malaysia. Living in a flat and not being able to go out even for daily exercise is difficult. But when this all over it will be PARTY!!!
