How long you been watching us you glory hunting tw@t?

Me and all the other old Blues know what its like to be shite and this is nowhere near it!

Speak for yourself.

Been following this club since 1968 and this (relatively speaking) is as bad as we've ever been.

Get a grip, of yourself... I've been following that long and this is the best we've been since 1977-1978. we're 4th FFS, with a game in hand.

Talking about tactics (cant be arsed reading through 46 pages). Was it just me or was it a bit backward to bring on Petrov (the only player we have with a good cross) and take off our biggest Centre Forward, RSC, And put one of our smallest players up top to win Fuck all in the air!?

Point 2 - Why didnt he give Weiss a go in the last 10 minutes, SWP Wasnt being effective and Weiss could have pulled something off to give us an oppurtunity/Chance to score.

I dont get why he started a far from match ready Cruz, whilst leaving petrov on the bench???

Thats just not good enough for any division. If your strikers not fit then you dont give the defence a break, its worrying how much we play the hit and hope long ball for such a talented squad.

Fair points.

I don't think RSC is right at all. That support on his knee is ridiculous. I'm not slagging him off but if psychologically you have to wear that then it must affect your game and that's the way I'd judge his performance. A bit timid. The person responsible for signing his medical forms wants sacking/sueing.

SWP, the only reason I can see for not giving Weiss a run is that SWP is more tenacious in the tackle and more likely to stop Brum getting forward. Perhaps Hughes thought a point was better in the latter stages. I don't know.

Agree with these points and I find it hard to see how Benitez sorry Hughes thought the substitutions he made were likely to be winning tactical changes. Thats the point the thread is making and the point I have been highlighting since Mid Season last year. I would like Hughes to prove me wrong but I aint seen evidence yet.

Just had a crazy dream that we were in the top 4 with a game in hand losing only one game, nevermind back to normal, do we all think will survive relegation?

Them quotes are just dumb??

dont make any difference to that fact we had a good start and now struggled to get a point against Birmingham and Fulham.

Oh the ironing.

It's all relative, are we in the top 4? Have we a game in hand? Everyones struggling this year (with maybe Chelsea being the one exception). If we stay in the top 4 all season struggling for points then where's the beef? In years gone by drawing too many away games would cost you a top 4 spot, however every year's different and by the looks of things this year they may well prove all important.

I think it's more to do with the fact that he's making us hard to beat away from home. After last season, i don't think it's a problem just yet, but i think at some point we are going to have to take risks to win away.

I think one club doctor at least got the chop, but it was rumoured that was because of Bellamy's knee.
