The need of a second playmaker to me, is not as great as that of getting at least one winger who can also play as wide forward. For me, Tevez doesn't add as much as say Hazard could without saying that Hazard is better. He adds more options. We have playmakers in Silva and Nasri, we have the option of playing Barry and De Jong and then pushing Yaya further forward, Aguero can also play support striker to Balotelli and Dzeko.
