Insanity work-out

On this now. PM'd bob for the vids, anyone got a link for where to by equipment or at least a rundown of what's needed so I can buy from ebay.

6ft1, 16st dead, 36(tight)/38(loose) trouser (let myself slip since Xmas onwards and looking back on last years holiday snaps with envy and regret, that's weed and beer for you but I've cut down on both). Look forward to being 14st and 34 trouser.

Yep..Me and the Mrs are getting this.
As soon as my back is fixed I want to be back in shape and this it seems is the real deal.

Can I just ask..Do you just lose weight with this or gain muscle also?

Put the effort in and pay alot of asttention to your diet and you will achieve both, although it will be a more athletic look, rather than big, which i suspect is what most desire.

I'm starting month 2 on Monday. For anybody that's completed the full 9 weeks, is it much more intense than the first 4 weeks?

Just done the first day of the second month. Its hard

I was OK with the first month, but I threw up halfway through these new ones. Carried on until the end though. Heart rate monitor says it took just under 900 calories, whereas the first month takes about 600.

Just do 100 pressups, 100 situps and 100 squats a day.

That sounds more challenging to me.

Back to Insanity, I gave up month two and started up month one again. I found the second month's workouts really exhausting and a lot less fun!

You don't need any, just space.

Do insanity and after that do p90x but ditch p90s cardio sections and yoga and replace with insanity month one exercises. in month two if you want to amp it up you can include month 2 insanity but month 2 of insanity is pretty errr....inasane.

Did you think it would be easy? I must admit though, I started month 2 today and it was really tough.
