Completed week 1 of the second month so now 6 weeks in and haven't missed a day.

Month 2 is just brutal to say the least, seriously hard going but even it does get easier each day. The body has certainly changed for the better that's for sure.

Only 3 weeks left to completion now and then I think I will do month 2 again but maybe every other day.

Are you seeing the rewards for your efforts?

Absolutely mate-I was really sceptical when I ordered it but it is the best thing I have done. I have 20 days left to complete the whole 2 months.
The body has certainly changed for the better which I am delighted about. I have got abs again and as a near 40yr old is something I am proud of.
Don't get me wrong it is the hardest exercise regime I have done but has been worth every penny. Feel stronger, tighter and in the best shape I have been for a long time.
Decided that after completion I think I will do month 2 again.

I am seriously tempted by this. Need to get my mindset right for it though.

Have you made any changes to your lifestyle such as diet?

Any tips?

Luckily mate I am not a drinker (unless birthday or Xmas) so I don't have to worry about that.In relation to my diet I have certainly changed it. I am a chocolate nut so decided to cut it out,not totally but reduce my intake.
I had to ask SWP's back on here for tips mate regarding dieting whilst doing this..I now eat a lot of eggs, scrambled or poached...Ryvitas...Salads....Steaks...Brown rice etc.
So today I have eaten this:

Brekkie:- Porridge with skimmed milk
2 pieces of brown toast with honey

1 x protein Shake

Mid morning snack - Bannana

Lunch - 3 X scrambled eggs microwaved with black pepper on toast with low fat spread-no
red or brown sauce.
Coconut and Vanilla Muller light Greek style fat free yogurt.

Protein Shake before I leave for work at 3.45pm

I am working 5pm-10pm later so will just take a load of fruit to work-pineapple,strawberries,blueberries.

If the Mrs is off with me we also do home made smoothies for breakfast so am deffo getting my 5 a day.

On my one day off each week I have a blow out and eat what I like buddy. At the end of the day I am not a pro sportsman etc so I believe you gotta have treats. Normally have a ruby or a chinese with the wife.

Saturday I am going to Stoke but working 7am-11am...so wont be home until 7pm ish I reckon..Gonna have to do my workouts then unless I swap my day off for Sunday instead of Saturday.

Best 100 quid I have spent mate..Seriously you wont regret it pal

Well done SHB,it takes a lot of dedication and effort to stick to such a programme.

Get the pics up,lets see the results!

Fantasy Island-Thanks for the reply.

It has taken some commitment especially with 2 kids under 5 at home.

Not sure about posting before and after pics yet....Lol....I might just post the after pics...

Ammy-You have plenty of me already..:-)

Just completed day 1 of Month 2 and was quite proud of myself for finishing it without stopping once, although the floor switch kicks was done at a slower pace than the people on the DVD and only just managed to get through the plank punches on the last exercise on the 3rd set. I built myself up to it the previous day and watched the whole session to see what I was up against, I got a few calories inside me a couple of hours before which help me see it through. Normally I do the exercises straight after work when i'm drained but made sure this time I had sufficient energy intake.

The recovery week was quite calm although the Shoulder exercise at the end is hard work and the hip flex burner.

Summary so far is impressive. I was like SHB and was sceptical about it BUT there is an obvious improvement in my core fitness and strength and the misses has noticed I have cut up well already. The only thing which hinders me is the diet side of things. I work away and stay in hotels and work long days, so its hard to choose a varied healthy lifestyle when all you have is a Beefeater and Harvester next door every night. I do eat well just apart from the odd blow out at wkends and a few beers BUT all in all I eat as healthy as I can through the week.

Best £100 I've spent seriously and its convenient being able to do it in your own room!

Well what can I say...

I have just completed day 60 and finished the whole programme.

Hard isn't the word but I really feel as though I have achieved something and the rewards are quite clear...not sure if I'm gonna be posting pics etc but I haven't missed a day and stuck to the programme even when working nights etc.

Month 1 when I look back is a doddle compared to the beast that is month 2 which is just brutal...

Diet has changed a lot and despite me still having a sweet tooth I have certainly cut back on eating loads of rubbish. Protein Shakes are highly recommended for anyone who is considering doing this to aid with muscle recovery because I don't think I will ever forget the pain of that first weeks lactic acid build up.

What to do now. Well I have just downloaded Insane abs so I will give that a blast tomorrow (thanks to Danamy) and then it will be a case of maintaining I think by doing month 2 again but with the odd extra rest day or maybe giving T25 or P90X a go however I have no free weights at the moment.

If anyone wants any tips at all feel free to PM me. Absolutely delighted to have finished this whilst working full time and have 3 children. Time management is what is it all about.

Well done mate. Takes real dedication to finish this beast of a work out. What were your results like? I lost 2 stone when I did this and my advice would be to never stop. I finished this and then xmas came around and started the bad habits again and put some of the weight back on so keep working out even if it isn't insanity.

Cheers pal. Sent my mate a pic last night and he said I look like a middleweight boxer now.
I have abs and obliques again which is good pal as I am 40 in 3 months so delighted.
Absolutely chuffed I bought this. Gonna do insane abs and keep doing various workouts from month 2 now. Decided T25 might be the option next so if anyone has a free link to download it would be mega appreciated.
