Insanity work-out

Once you finish, if you want to stay in decent shape, would it make more sense to start the 60 days again or just keep doing month 2, which is a lot more intense?

When I'm finished I am thinking about repeating month 2 but pushing even harder. I can only see this increasing fitness and strength further

I re-started it this week and it's bloody near killed me!

Take a month off lads,I took 3 weeks(doing less intense workouts 4 days per week) and my body still wasn't up to going for round two.

11 days to go until I complete Insanity. I actually managed to lose a couple of pounds despite having to stay away in a hotel for work most of this week and spending a good 5/6 hours a day sat in my car driving.

Thought I had done some damage this morning though, lost my form on some power jumps and swung my arm in an arc rather than patting down onto my knees an felt something give in my upper right arm. Couldn't do many press ups for the rest of the Max Plyo workout but its fine now, phew!

I think T25 will be next for me, but having a month off, on holiday in a couple of weeks and then it is World Cup time :)

Managed to lose the memory stick I had this saved on.

Any of you kind people mind sending me a link?

Cheers

Day 2 of Week 3 on T25

I lost 4.5lbs in the first week but leveled off on the second week, so it'll be interesting to see what happens this week.

Certainly feeling a lot stronger during the workouts and only really taking a blow on the total body circuit sessions, the knee up oblique push ups are a killer.

I have completed the first two T-25 workouts and find it a' enjoyable intense' work out to say its just for 25 mins. I sometimes feel like bambi on ice on some of the criss cross and hop exercises.

Its only took me 2 days to work out 'nada' means nothing on the equipment needed. I was looking through my pack looking for something called nada.
What a numpty!
