Looks challenging, but as I say I need to lose it before I even think of adding the 'promised' 10lbs of muscle.

Not sure I could stand that knobhead for 90 days! Good luck to you!

Had a look at the T25 stuff tonight as my time is limited at the moment.

What are the likely results from this programme?

I guess it depends on what condition you are in now, I remember you did Insanity not too long ago like me so that should mean your fitness is decent?

As I say I am on week 2 of beta now and I am enjoying it. I have lost 12 lbs so far, the weight loss is not as drastic as with Insanity for me but I think in part that is because it is easier to lose when there is more of it, if I'd done T25 instead of Insanity back when I was 2 stone heavier, I may have lost more.

With T25 I have noticed I am actually getting a body shape back for the first time in over a decade, so it is lean definition which is my expectation now. I'm 1 to 2 jeans sizes smaller than I was when I started, so that is a definite T25 thing, my waist is smaller in 6 weeks of T25 than it was with 8/9 weeks of Insanity. But again, is that cumulative effect? Possibly. I expect to lose a few more pounds and that, combined with the core strengthening, should see me come out of this with muscle definition and weight loss. I am also much more flexible now, but again it is hard to say whether that is just T25 alone or a combination of Insanity and then progressing to T25.

T25 is undoubtedly more convenient than Insanity, but I can't shake the basic feeling that 25 mins of exercise, however much you push, just isn't going to be the same as 50-60 mins with Insanity. Shaun T says Insanity is harder, T25 is smarter. But I am seeing results so weight loss and definition, alongside a general feel good feeling from doing the exercises and eating well, would be my take on what to expect.

Very good. Done Insanity and T25.
Love them both but love the gamma workouts on T25.
Fantastic for people with limited time.
If you want T25 I can sort it for you. PM me. All I need is a 8gb memory stick.

Thanks for the reply.
I finished insanity a while back now and have struggled to hold down a regular exercise routine since due to various reasons. My fitness has definitely dropped but I'd say it's still decent still. My weight is the same as when I finished insanity however I do feel I've gained a little bit round the gut area. I suppose I could have lost some muscle and gained some fat!

I think I may have a bash at t25 just to get back into the swing of things! I can't seem to get motivated to start insanity all over again

Thanks for the offer mate but I've got them already. I had a bash at the first t25 workout last night but don't feel as though it worked me enough. It was the alpha cardio video.

Do you think there is any mileage in starting straight from Beta?

Pardon my ignorance - is this insanity a DVD or on the internet?? And how much is it?

It's a series of DVD's which can be purchased for around £100, or obtained from other sources FOC!

Would you care to elaborate??
