Lol that's the flan mix btw not the cheesecake, incidentally, I made a lovely Rhubarb one the other day (just heat some rhubarb and truvia and pour on top with some ginger in the oatcake base) was fuckin gorgeous mate, even the Mrs loved it, best one to date, may try a gooseberry one next week.
I might come round for tea one day!

Think more so I been eating shittier and drinking more than average so it's catching up

Fair enough pal, guess I haven't been squating enough as I don't have a patch of hard skin on my back yet.

Haha it's not meant to be easy thats why you get such good results from it. Just when you think your getting on top of it after the first month the second month comes along and kicks you in the bollocks. Stick at it though and I guarantee you won't regret it.
 
Day 2 done - It is hard work but fuck it I'll stick with it so I can walk around town centres with my top off in the summer :)

Has anyone done other bits alongside it? I'll be doing weights of an evening 3 x a week also.
 
Seriously considering this insanity workout. Im a runner really but my shins are starting to pack up on me (shinsplints). I have downloaded Insanity and had a quick look, seems like it will be hell on my shins aswell. I guess i should rest until my legs are better, but i just cant!

Looks like it is absolutely knackering, the amount of sweat pouring off these fitness freaks on the videos!
 
Been off this for 6 weeks and got back on it again, fucking hell you dont realise how much your body programmes its self to get into shape. I was pissing the session before I stopped, so I started again tonight, I struggled like fuck on warm up never mind the session, Note to self..dont ever stop doing it again, EVER

So as its a two months workout, do you just start from the beginning again?
 
I'm on to day 7 of the Insanity plan. Had a round of golf on the rest day so that burned some nice calories too with the course being hilly as fuck!

Last monday when I started I was 16st 7lbs. Today I'm at 15st 12lbs.
