I signed up to a 6 month contract to the worst dw on earth so I basically just drink smoothies, hit on eastern euros, do a rowing machine hiit style , incline press, stand in line for a place to do squats/dead lifts,get frustrated at standing in line and go home . Think more so I been eating shittier and drinking more than average so it's catching up
