Is it wrong to put your dogs poo bags in someone elses bin?

If you drop it into an empty bin then the householder could then put something heavy into the bin and it could split the poo bag open. It would then leave the bin stinking to high heaven.
Its best to find a specialist poo bin often found in the local park, you can generally locate them from the stench emanating.

You own a dog. Therefore take responsibility for what comes out of its arse 365 days a year and dispose of it yourself and not inflict that on someone else, whether it's their garden or bin. If you're too lazy to do that, then get rid of the thing.

My black bin was out for collection, it had just one, sealed, black bag inside. The bin men refused to take it, when I asked why, it was because some one had dropped a bag of dog shit on top of the sack. I had to remove it for them.
There is a dog litter bin less than 100yds away.

I'm wary of using plastic as despite what it says, it doesn't degrade. Do what I do OP, flip the lid back and hold your dog over the bin until he's had his shit.
Edit:
I just thought I'd add, although too me it's obvious. Only do this during the hours of darkness and be careful opening the side gate as it might wake the neighbour when it squeaks.
