Is now the time to consider Mancini's tenure at the club

Not ridiculous at all, he didn't do too bad with Liverpool. Not saying I want Mancini out but you yourself must be questioning a little that Mancini's decisions have been a little out of sorts lately. There's something not quite right at the moment with the players performance.

Don't waste your time mate, I looked everything he has done in his time at Valencia and Liverpool considering the resources he had he stood out as having some appeal. People who laughing off Rafa, are suggesting he was lucky, he fluked 2 champions league finals in 3 years, and that he is not just up to scratch but down right incompetent.

Did he win the Prem ??? Exactly......

That is n't the point though, Mancini had the resources Rafa never had; he was expected to generate his own funds, and something he did regularly; when he realised that Keane would end up a flop he minimised the risk in selling him back to spurs, turns out he did n't last long back there so whilst he may have been wrong initially he made up for it. Benitez just gets Europe, and he won titles with Valencia, that is perhaps an even greater achievement than Mancini winning the prem. Despite never having a great team at one of the absolute top level clubs he achieved success, and in the right circumstances he will achieve more success.

Mancini to me is untouchable during this season no matter what happens.

But if he left for whatever reason, rather than Mourinho or Pep, I'd hope we pursue Klopp.

I think now's the time to realise that we have some problems that need sorting out, and for everyone to work together to solve them.

Mancini, the players and whoever was responsible for the weird summer transfer strategy, should all be having a look at themselves.

There's no emergency that needs drastic action, but there's definitely work needing done.

You're making a lot of excuses for a guy that every red dipper I know (that's a lot btw) was glad to see the back of. He was tactically astute (and mind numbingly boring)in Europe, but lost his way at home.

I sadly spend a lot of my working life in Liverpool, know many ST's at Anfield, and without exception, all of them were glad to see the back of Rafa. You can expound as many theories about the man as you want, you can guess about the club he wants, but he's still out of out of work for a reason. Top clubs don't want him....there is a reason for that. Just my opinion

If Benitez was in charge of us last season he would have fallen apart to baconfaces mind games like he did the one time he got Liverpool close.

Mind games are a myth though are n't they; if aguero had hit the post would mind games of mattered, He is unlikely make another rant again in any case, and Ferguson is almost out the door so mind games and the relevance of them should be discarded.

I think it's ridiculous to think about Benitez. However I believe Mourinho and Pep are better managers than Mancini and City are moving backwards for a long time. We'll have 4 big matches in November and another 2 in early December so we'll see what will happen.

He should have been sacked after the Arsenal game.

He should have been sacked after that disastrous transfer window.

And he should have been sacked after doing more than anyone to get us knocked out of the Champions League against Ajax, just when you thought it couldn't get any more incompetent than what happened in Naples.

I wouldn't call mind games a myth, sports psychology is a fairly established concept.

The second he made his FACT speech I knew he'd handed the title to the rags, and said so on here.
