We're you optimistic about any of our big signings at the time, just asking.

A couple but sadly we've been let down far more times than we have succeeded On this occasion I think the move to the premiership may be too soon for him and Madrid is he easy option. I hope that I'm wrong though

I hope your ready to be bollocked for being realistic!

he honestly does not seem the type to take the easy option.

He's very young though and not been in the limelight for a long period unlike aguero who was already a star when we signed him

Because idiots on this site refuse to look at the other side of a discussion if it means anything negative about city

You, my friend, are one of the most idiotic WUMS on this site.
How dare we be optimistic about our chances of signing a player whose father figure, in his occupation of choice, is our new manager.
This is a city forum, not a general forum.
We are City biased. We wear blue tinted glasses.
Anyone who doesn't enjoy it can fuck right off.

How dare people genuinely question whether or not he will sign. Strike them down for they have sinned. Xx
Better than falsely stating that the player had agreed a deal elsewhere, a month ago on here;

Agreed a deal to Madrid.

Question. If he signs for Madrid have we failed this window?
You may not be a, to quote you again, "happy clapper"

But you are a pretty sad WUM.

You can claim that last "question" was genuine, but seeing as you stated he had already agreed a deal with Madrid then your reason for asking it becomes a lot clearer

Thanks for taking the time to search through my posts and if I didn't have a life I'm sure I'll be able to find a sample of posts from your good self contradicting one another

You mean questions like
"If we fail to sign this lad, have we failed in this transfer window?" And I am paraphrasing here.
Or Making stataments like "This lad is not going to sign for us".
How's that being objective? Do you know what neutrality is?
Those questions and statements are clearly designed to elicit a negative response, and I am sure your fetish for verbal abuse is fed, with plenty of leftovers
Your antics are tolerable at first, but I think that you've performed to same lame trick one too many times

Then bugger off kthnxbye

And btw asking if we've failed in the window is a genuine question. Not my fault you're too thick to see beyond that

I'll leave you to contemplate your rather witless retort.
I'm simply exposing the lack of variety in your already dull repertoire.
You need some new material.
Genuine, my foot.

I'm sorry, don't you promote the idea of discussion?

Because your response just seemed like arrogant deflection of the point?

Also, I pray the 2 minutes it took me to do so won't impact greatly on my social life.

Disagree with you there Benarbia, Aguero is still far from being the finished article

Manager and more game time.
Also he's 22 (I think). There's nothing stopping him moving there in four years, when he's at his peak. It's not like this is his "big" career defining move - although it would be nice if it was!

Moving to us at this stage makes more sense imo.
He just turned 21 a couple months ago actually.
Sorry, of course. The fact he's just been playing in a u-21 tournament should have provided a clue!

One would think the easy option would be to stick with the manager who has nurtured him. The manager with whom he has a rapport and knows very well instead of throwing one's self into the warzone that is Madrid.
