Obviously no one has any idea, this is being kept very tight.

Even your usual twitter ITK's, Hunter for example have said nothing for a while.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Are ITK's just a myth! a figment of their own self important imagination!

If ITK's do really exist let ONE announce himself/herself and simply tell us poor fans just WTF is going on

If they are really in the know, then they've already told us what they know. I'm one of those HGAFC'ers and I see it like this; the BBC for example, has been doing this shit for years and they are simply saying (still) that City are going to battle it out with Real. I'm certainly not saying that The Beeb will be first to announce this, however, as an old fashioned git, I'll only believe it when it's published by them, or the OS. Getting off the subject slightly, apparently, Bale wants to go to Real (Telegraph).

Because Bumper dosn't court attention (unlike Tancredi Palmer, who just has twitteroerra) and thus only tells when he gets info of sufficient validity

All I want to know, if the smoke ever clears, is what prevented us from putting in an official bid??

If it's true, a simple reason would be that they have to persuade Isco to sign. If he agrees, we do the deal, if he doesn't, we don't bother.

Did Real have to "convince" Isco before putting in a bid? I thought the way it goes is:

1. Buyer club inquires about a player
2. Buyer club puts in a bid based on the response from selling club
3. Buyer club negotiates terms and conditions with player
4. Player may or may not accept the transfer

Depends what they mean by "put a bid in". Could be that we've spoken to Malaga and agreed a price but agreed to not formally submit it until after the U21's tournament. Then when we check that Malaga are happy, they say Madrid have offered more. A price can be agreed without a formal bid.

You reckon we have matched their bid?

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

We'll snatch him away from them in the last moment. Like we did with a certain title from manure
