Is the Gaza Health Ministry trustworthy?

Its numbers have historically been considered reliable by the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and Human Rights Watch. In relation to the Israel-Hamas war, two papers published in The Lancet journal did not find evidence of inflation or fabrication.

No idea about journalists being allowed into Gaza. I knew you and the many others of terrorist supppoters wouldn't like any evidence presented so far as you never will. Israel is held to standards no other country is and everything coming out in support of terrorism is accepted as gospel whereas anything Israel says is fake. So for a little bit of balance:

I think you protest far too much.

Even the US defense secretary said in February that 25,000 women and children had been killed by Israel in Gaza and this is where the USA is fully complicit and as far from an honest broker in this slaughter as it's possible to be.
