The celebrity it means so much to me competition was a joy to behold this morning. Incredible levels of cringe.

I will try to avoid all contact with the outside world until kick off. I never listened to a single second of the build up, half time or certainly full time. Ferdifanny is really getting me angry. As I have always said, I have not a single problem.with the players or the team, but listening to the commentators and pundits makes you want to take a flame thrower to the fucking lot of them. Its them who turn the rest of the UK against England with their over the top, irrational and nauseating shite. And it's just to shut them the fuck up. That apart, Italy regardless of what Rio the Irrational Rabblerowser says, are a better team. But, better teams don't always win. I just switched the news on and it's on. Although, I have enjoyed some of the fans saying what it means. No problem with them either.

What a treat to have more football to care about going into Sunday. We've had one horrible final experience this year, and I'm sure Sunday will be torture (though not on the same level). Still, rather be there than not.

We definitely don't need 3 players that can all operate defensively - thats 8 like minded players behind the ball which clearly limits our options and our potential.
Last night was crying out for one of Rice or Philips to be replaced,and later Foden for Mount,it would have made our task of dismantling Denmark much easier.
It is clearly serving Southgate well,but we havent yet played against a ruthless outfit,and this rather not lose rather than go for the win approach is both restrictive and painful at times.

If England go toe to toe it's 50/50. If you play your defensive formation it isn't. For my money you don't set up to take them on you will lose. Time, as always, will tell. You're in a final, go for it.

Italy have been hyped by the English media too, they will change their tune now they are playing England of course.
Italy are a fine side but not the great side people bang on about, as you say, if Spain had a forward of any talent they would have easily won the other night.
