It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

I wonder how will the academy, and English football in general, adapt to no longer having " foreign" footballers in them
e.g. The 4 lads we sold to Southampton last season, Lavia, Bazunu, Edozie, Larios would not have been able to have played for our academy in the current rules.
It will get worse

There are restrictions on U21 foreign players signed by premier league clubs too.

"Clubs will be limited to signing no more than three overseas players under the age of 21 in any single transfer window and a total of no more than six per season"

Here's where we sit TODAY! (before people start theorising on potentials).

The disappointing thing about that table is that for all the successes of our Academy - we still run three light on the Club Trained players. We need at least one those still on the B-List to be a regular player by the time he turns 22 and we need one or two of those Buy Backs to come to fruition to give us more flexibility in squad re-building.
