Right lets take a chance on someone who doesn't show up to practice on time, wants the party lifestyle, has talent but spends half the season injured.

I'm not even sure if there are better players out there that fit the lets shoot ourselves in the foot box.

The only one from Barca I would like is FDJ but that isn't happening. I don't want Pedri, I don't want Gavi, I don't want Fati and definitely don't want Dembele.

Attack wise we had Julian Phil and Mahrez as options in the final.
You take Gundo and Bernie out of the team and potentially Ryhad as well, we are massively short, we have no squad and we had no injury's.
We need a good few top players, AM and/or wingers on the RW can't think of anybody, that improves us.

I thought so too. But after last night, in convinced Stones is better than I gave him credit for and would likely get better in the role next season. With Kovacic and Phillips that role is more than stocked. Not to mention Lewis being able to play there too.

An attacking mid to replace Berny and Gundo. And an attacking Wide player to replace Mahrez.

Totally Agree but Stones is a magnificent player but sadly one that misses a lot of games with injuries, and add KDB to that list and it becomes a problem, especially towards the end of the season when the games come thick and fast.

Yep certainly seems so and makes sense, City after wide men, be interesting who. Foden primary role in centre makes sense.

I don’t think playing on and trying Hollywood crosses after it had snapped will have helped either.

But he’ll be clever enough to know his limitations when he comes back and our medical team will make sure Pep manages his game time right so he can still produce what he needs to.

It sounds like we are looking at recruiting more than one winger. Ideally, we should go for pacey, wide playmakers.

We also need to consider moving Jack inside too. I'd love to see Foden & Jack played centrally in pre-season.

We also need a skillful, lightning fast left winger & a proper overlapping left back like Alphonso Davies. I'm not sold on Kovacic, but I trust the club's judgement. If we acquire Gvardiol too, I think we'll be ready to roll again.

With proper rest (think around 3 months to recover) and careful management as he returns he will be fine. Age may play its part but think he has a good 2 to 3 years left in the tank. The issue this year has been the lack of breaks and with the short mid season again could have impacted him but the timing of his recuperation Is the best we could hope for.

we need a pace merchant imo mate, something different to what we already have? Personally if Mahrez goes as i expect him to then i would love Leroy and Gnonto as our two wingers
