It's Quiet - a new dawn

If it's other players positioning and tee system which is responsible and that has now changed, then using that logic anyone can play his role and be resistant to pressing.

I know you're really trying act stupid, but you can't be that thick.

Has anyone else noticed a return of the "buying the league" and "oil money" comments over the last few days?

If the window is going to be as good as billed by some then they're going to be everywhere....I can't wait.

Particularly if we get Sanchez, the Arsenal lot are always so bitter about our success that the idea of taking away the best player they've had in 10 years is delightful.

Not to say BillyShears' posts aren't genuinely what he has been told, but things change so often during the transfer window and it's still not even June! I'd be surprised if the door was already shut on that one.

So better than 2010/11

The thing about 10/11 is that we're now shopping in a much better pool of players.

I mean, no doubt, Balotelli, Boateng, Silva, Yaya, Kolarov and Milner were all great signings, but with the exception of Silva, they weren't players which the biggest clubs in Europe - Bayern, Real, Barcelona or our domestic rivals were chasing.

Now, we've signed an attacking midfielder that United were definitely in for, and Barcelona allegedly had lined up to replace Iniesta. We're signing the most sought after young LB in Europe. If we get Sanchez then we've fucked over Bayern.

Those players were great for us, but the ones we're going after now are a whole level higher as far as targets go. Only time will tell if they can create a legacy and reach the heights of the Summer 2010 lot once they're here.

That would have come across so much better if you hadn't missed a word out of your sentence stupid.

When you've stopped even trying to argue the frankly laughable idea that Yaya Touré is our weak link under pressure or that one of the worst games under Pellegrini is relevant under completely new management, but instead choose to pick holes in my grammar, I think it says everything we need to know about how bad your arguments were.
