I do find it a bit strange that all the targets we seemingly have are English and PL based and all going to cost a fortune.
Kane, Grealish, Rice
Other leagues round the world are absolutely skint after Covid and would be desperate for the money.
If we really want HG then surely Trippier is the option as he’s club HG and would free up a squad space
That’s one of the reasons why we won’t sign Grealish or Rice IMO. Both will be massively over priced.

Technically excellent, brilliant deadball delivery, become a very good defensive midfielder.

Why do you think we would help Barcelona out? Laporte is likely to leave given he rarely featured towards end of season and he has publicly said he wants more game time. We have always said if someone wants to leave than they can go assuming we get a good fee. No point having unhappy players

I’m eyeing up a Bugatti La Voiture Noire. However, after filling in the necessary paperwork at the dealer and sipping champagne whilst they ran the credit checks, the champagne flute was rudely snatched from my hands and I was escorted off the premises.
Barcelona are about to find out that it’s difficult to have a champagne lifestyle on a lemonade income.

He made it when talking about how other clubs would operate. City won't be giving their best players away in swap deals IMO.
