There's only one Grealish....

Girlish can’t tie his own shoe lace forget about bernie’s.

I don’t think he’s what we need with the likes of Foden etc but he’s a very good player. I also think he’d manage to reach Bernado’s level for 2/3 seasons without his laces in.

yep! He’s very athletically & pep would teach him. Iv watched a lot of grealish this year & hes a fighter. For Villa he had to play box to box. At a good club in a settled position he will be a very good player. He would be very versatile at city with pep.

If he goes to any of our competitors we will regret it just like Virgil when he went to scouse land

I don’t doubt his work rate or athleticism but he is not a DM

is he a CAM these days thought he was a winger or at least he use to be didn’t he just consensus is that we won’t go for him as a Sane replacement and he would not fit in our team due to phill and Kevin etc

He would not fit in with out team due to lack of ability and not having any sort of respect in the dressing room due his inability to be stood on two legs for 50% of the time he plays.
He is simply not good enough for Manchester City FC.

At Villa he is a big fish in a small pond, they might as well call the team Aston Grealish .At City he would be a small fish in a big pond with much better fish in the water .

The minute he signs for us is the day he gets booked regularly for shin pad offences - VAR will use it as an excuse to void goals

Tbh, I would like him to come to see if he could adapt and how he would develop when he wasnt the only player an oppostion team had to worry about (he will benefit from this at the rags) abit like those diving twats Maddison and the tart at Norwich. It would be great for Engerland if they could develop properly but we have too many time served, fully qualified artists in midfield, already and we have been there before with Rodwell, Johnson, maybe even Delph. If you dont get hold of a good english player before 24, its probably not worth it - if you can afford the fee.

So when is he coming? I seriously think he is a great player and really underrated/hated here. I firmly believe that he is one of those players you would love once he plays for you.

I’m with you on this.
There’s a lot of hate pointed towards him but that’s because he’s a strong, aggressive player who has a style that opens up gaps or draws fouls.
He’s had some off-field high jinks but is that so bad for a 24yo multi-millionaire? If I’d had anything like his wealth at that age then I’d have partied solid!
I think it should also be seen in the context of him being a dedicated professional in training and on the pitch - his ‘high jinks’ are few and far between, extremely well publicised by the media but they don’t impinge on the job.
I think he’s a seriously good player who hasn’t gained the recognition he’s due because his strengths have not been supported by those around him in a poor team.
He’s strong and holds the ball well, he works confidently in small spaces generally pulling 2, 3 or even 4 opposition players out of position to open up spaces for those around him.

Stylistically, he reminds me of Hazard, maybe Hazard-lite but he goes aggressively forward forcing the issue against defences and he definitely has that ability to exploit a small space or pull the opposition defence out of shape to open up opportunities for team mates.
I think he could be very good in a City shirt and if Pep thinks that way then I’ll welcome him to Manchester.
Just my opinion of course but bring it on.
